The Perfect Sound 2023 :
"The Perfect Sound 2023" is a Japanese-pressed SACD/CD dual-layer disc
that can be played on CD players, Blu-ray players and SACD players.
Same track in UPMCD.
Starting from 2003, the Audiotechnique holds a 3-day international "Hong Kong Hi-End Audio Visual Show" in August each year.
The Show is the biggest of its kind in Hong Kong. There are over 130 exhibitors and +25,000 visitors (2022 statistics).
It attracts representatives from the audio field and audiophiles from China and all over the world including Japan, Korea,
Europe and the US. It has been reckoned as one of the three most important Audio Visual Shows worldwide.
The Organizer "Audiotechnique" is an audio magazine/ media and has been publishing for 42 years since August 1981.
This monthly media has become indispensable for music and audio lovers, distributors, dealers and manufacturers of
the industry. Audiotechnique is the first audio magazine to be imported and distributed in China by the "China National Publications Import & Export Corporation Guangzhou Branch".
- Each email account can purchase a maximum of 4 eTickets.
- All completed transactions with successful payment (including handling fees) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable for cash.
- The ticket can only be used on the selected day and will expire automatically if it is overdue.
- All person must present valid eTickets for the redemption of wristband and souvenirs on the selected date. The ticket will expire automatically if it is overdued.

- Successfully redeemed e-tickets and souvenirs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- Each eTicket and souvenir can only be redeemed once.
- The wristband will be invalid due to "damage, contamination, and incompleteness". The Organizer always has the right for the refuse of entrance due to invalid wristband.
- Anyone aged 5 or above must purchase a ticket. The Organizer reserves the right to request the proof of age. No discounts are available for children, seniors, and disabled persons.
- The unit rate of eTicket is HK$80 and comes with a free (not-for-sale) "The Perfect Sound 2023" SACD. Person who redeemed wristband can in and out the Show unlimited times on the same day during
opening hours. (Specific performance programs are not included. Please check with the Organizer for the details.) The Show will stop selling tickets 60 minutes before the closing hour of the Show.
- When purchasing any eTicket, you must confirm the acceptance of the terms and conditions. After receipt of your payment, an official email will be sent for confirmation of your successful transaction.
- After completing the purchase, the eTicket must be used on the selected date. Ticket holders have no right to request any refunds or compensation for expired or unused tickets or sourenirs.

If the event is affected by adverse weather conditions on the day of the event such as red/black rainstorm warning signals, typhoon signals No. 3 or above, or a warning that
typhoon signal No. 8 or above will be issued, the Organizer will continue the event based on the weather conditions and reserves the right to cancel any activities under adverse weather

The Organizer and the related venue provider reserve the right to require visitors to leave the venue at any time for reasonable reasons and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. The following ticket holders may be evicted and will not be entitled to a refund:

The venue provider believes that the individual's behaviour may affect the viewing of other visitors;
•
The individual uses threatening, insulting, or derogatory language or behaviour, or in any way incites or disrupts social order;
•
Any unauthorized activities or promotions by individuals that are not authorized by the Organizer;
•
Bring any sponsorship, promotion, or marketing materials that have not been approved by the Organizer for display or distribution (whether free or not) into the venue.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change or amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.

personal information is not misused, lost, or accessed, modified, or disclosed without authorization. We may keep records of personal information
to comply with applicable laws and internal regulations. The Organizer may transfer your personal information to our service providers, including
payment agents, telecommunications or computer service agents, to facilitate the purchase and delivery of eTickets.
The Organizer will prudently and reasonably retain, process, and use the personal information collected from visitors when purchasing or
redeeming eTickets to ensure that the information is protected. The collected personal information will be used for registration and ticket issuance, as well as for promoting activities organized by the Organizer.
